ASK GOOD QUESTIONS.

Whether it is someone you are discipling or gathering with a friend, there is so much intentionally when someone asks GOOD QUESTIONS AND LISTENS.

Don’t just ask questions so you can’t talk about yourself and just your life. Actually get to know someone, know their story. Don’t miss out opportunities to hear so many good stories because you were too focused on sharing yourself the majority of conversation.

Obviously share about yourself to build a relationship & engage with the conversation— just don’t forget to ask questions to know about the person. 💓

Jesus asked questions. He had all the knowledge in the world, yet He asked questions. He knew the answers, yet He asked questions— to figure out hearts, identities & to build intentionality.

JESUS IS COMING BACK FOR HIS BRIDE.

In midst of planning our beautiful wedding, the Lord continuously reminded me that the physical preparation of the earthly wedding to my husband is ought to be similar to the spiritual preparation for the heavenly wedding banquet with Jesus.

The parallels of our martial wedding weaves through the ultimate wedding banquet that is being prepared in heaven dimensions.

Jesus is coming back to save us all, He is coming back for His Bride, whom are His beloved believers.

We must prepare. We must get our hearts ready. We must clothe ourselves in white of purity. We must get those who we love invited to the divine wedding banquet of all.

Weddings that we get to go to & be apart of are lovely celebrations of what is to come for us believers. 💗

“I’M GOOD.” Sometimes this answer is accept

“I’M GOOD.”

Sometimes this answer is acceptable every once in a while when you know their situations.

We say “I’m good” fundamentally. It’s a habit. But I remember asking a girl “what does good mean to you?”

And boom. Reality was spoken. Good meant for her that she was doing day to day life, but her mind & head were spinning in circles. She wanted to avoid admitting to it, however she needed to speak up all the things that were weighing her down before it crashed & burned.

Emotions can be hard to name & piece together, but “I’m good” can’t be a mask every time we ask “how are you?” If there is a continuous repetition of “I’m good”, make sure to tap into what does “good” mean.

Our conscious and intuition does a pretty good job

Our conscious and intuition does a pretty good job. It calculates previous decisions, our history & memories to help come to a solution what is best, humanly.

We make decisions without second thought and say it’s “what’s best for me because I know what’s best for me.” Yes, we can know what is best for ourselves, but we are missing the greatest power in the equation.

Without counsel of the Lord or the igniting fire of the Holy Spirit… we are missing out on God’s best.

“Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours (1 Chronicles 29:11).”

God’s Best is the VERY BEST. All greatness and all glory. Why not partner with Him? Why not pray up in all decisions and seek counsel before Him?

His best for you and your life is the very best. It will be better than your “best.”

Do you trust that God’s best for you is the very best? 💓✨
